Wild Rocket – Peppery Salad Leaves

Wild Rocket (Diplotaxis tenuifolia) is a strongly aromatic and slightly peppery leafy vegetable that brings rich flavour to salads. It is an excellent choice for home gardens, pot growing and balconies.

Wild Rocket grows more slowly and compactly than regular rocket, but its flavour is intense and easy to recognise. It is ideal for salads, sandwiches and finishing dishes.

Sow the seeds directly outdoors or in a pot from early spring to autumn, either by broadcast sowing or in rows. Harvest the leaves one by one as needed.
