Welcome to the Herbova online store. These terms apply to the contractual relationship between you and Rikkilä Group Oy (Business ID: 3005912-6). Herbova is a registered auxiliary business name of Rikkilä Group Oy. By using our online store, you accept these terms.
1. General
Herbova.fi is a Finnish online store selling indoor gardening products, seeds and growing accessories to consumers and businesses. We reserve the right to change the content, terms, product selection and prices of the online store without separate notice. The terms currently in force are available in the online store.
2. Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store shopping cart. The customer must provide accurate and complete contact details for the order. The order becomes binding once the customer has received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right not to accept an order for a justified reason.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices include VAT at 25.5%, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Pricing errors caused by obvious mistakes, such as technical errors, are not binding on us.
4. Payment service provider
The payment processing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail appears as the payment recipient on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

5. Shipping
We deliver products using the selected shipping method and within the available delivery area. The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond our control, such as delays by the carrier.
6. Right of cancellation and returns
Consumer customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Hygiene or food-type products, such as opened seed or growing medium packages, cannot be returned. More detailed instructions can be found on our separate Return and Refund Policy page.
7. Complaints
If a product is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible after noticing the issue. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible, either with a replacement product or a refund when applicable. You will receive further instructions from our customer service.
8. Limitation of liability
Rikkilä Group Oy / Herbova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. Products are delivered as they are, and their use is the customer’s responsibility.
9. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation and Herbova’s Privacy Policy. Data is not disclosed to third parties without the customer’s consent unless required by law.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may also refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
