Seed Mat – Healthy Snack Mix offers a fun and easy way to grow fresh snack vegetables and berries in your garden, on a balcony or in containers.

The seeds are pre-spaced between two layers of biodegradable paper. Place the seed mats on prepared soil or in a pot, cover lightly with about 5 mm of soil and water thoroughly. Keep the soil moist during germination. Once the seedlings are about 4 cm tall, they can be thinned or moved to their final growing location.
