Flat-Leaf Parsley ‘Amsterdamse Snij’ (Petroselinum crispum) is a flat-leaved parsley variety valued for its intense flavour. It is well suited for herb gardens and pots, and the leaves can be used fresh or dried in soups, stews and as a garnish.

Sow the seeds indoors in early spring or directly outdoors from late spring onwards. Flat-leaf parsley is also an excellent choice for a traditional bouquet garni herb bundle.
