Curled Parsley ‘Thujade’ – For Garnishes and Soups

Curled Parsley ‘Thujade’ (Petroselinum crispum) is a dark green, densely curled parsley variety suitable for fresh use, garnishes, soups and sauces. Its fresh leaves add flavour and colour to both everyday dishes and finished plates.

Sow the seeds indoors in spring or directly outdoors from late spring in a warm location. Parsley grows best in nutrient-rich growing medium with even moisture. The leaves can also be frozen for later use.
