Do you want to delete your data from Herbova’s service?
You can request the deletion of personal data related to you at any time.
How to request data deletion
Send an email to info@herbova.fi.
Please include the following information in your message:
- your name
- the email address you used to register
What we delete
Upon request, we will delete data related to you, such as:
- user account information
- customer information
- possible marketing data
Processing time
We process requests as quickly as possible, usually within 1–7 business days.
Please note
In some cases, we may need to retain certain information due to legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.
